I first met Greg Noe, of Pro Biz Services, at a networking meetning.  He seemed very informative and I soon began to trust him.  He had made many statements about reading every contract he signs in great detail.

He requested me to write a business plan for Pro Biz Services.  We put together a contract that clearly stated I would be paid $6,000.00 over a period of 12 weeks.  His weekly payment was $500 a week.  He paid me $4500 and then stopped all further payments.

I showed him in the contract where it stated this was a 12 week project.  He stated we had verbally discussed $5000.  I don't remember ever discussing $5000 and the contract states that any verbal expectations made outside of this agreement are void. 

He wanted to see what I had already produced.  I wouldn't allow him to read any of the product until it was complete.  Then I had a health problem.  I am disabled.  My disability can knock me out for weeks.  I could not read, and when I tried, I got horrible head aches.  I notified Pro Biz Services of my situation.

Three weeks later I finished the plan and hand delivered it to Pro Biz Servicces.  I never recieved an additional penny.  One would think if he thought $5000 was the original price, he would send a check for $500.  I have never heard from him or anyone that represents his company. 

Greg is unethical.  He is a Score Member and tries to take Score clients and do business with them through Pro Biz Services. Score is a non profit and helps small businesses for free.  There is never a charge.  These young business owners are sent to him thinking the services are going to be free.  Then they endure a sales pitch to pay Pro Biz Services for the same work that is done by Score. 

He claims to be an ethical businessman.  I have found that he decides when ethics apply and when they don't.
