Pro Built Tools Failed to deliver goods Lake Forest California

We're spam mall plumbing co in Boston. We ordered a jetter/camera snake for over 7,000.00  due for delivery NLT 2/18 

tcam snake itself came with a self leveling head (they claimed was easily changeable), a dolly, and a nozzle . Total of four pieces. The machine itself arrived at the end of march, with no reasonable explanation. When we phoned the company we would get one of three people....the operator, NICK, OR AMANDA! Nick actually exchanged text messages in trying to "track" my package (his personal cell)  Normally one Amanda or nick will tell you one is out of the office and they are investigating where your items are! (Almost amusing, an investigation) after recieving the snake 1.5 months late...we figured we'd try to get the rest of our ALREADY PURCHASED order. With constant nagging amd phone tag with Amanda (still have the amusing messages stating that she's launched an investigation)  and Nick should have the self leveling head shipped, but he's not in. Sometimes she'd see him or leave messages that go unanswered! the self leveling head arrived in late April (delivery due date was 2/13) we changed it as its supposed to be "easily changed" to which it did not work! We've now changed it back to the original part and shipped it back to the "warranty dept" probably to never get it back. Continued calls and emails to Amanda and the "dolly" finally shows up but only after she said the "dolly and nozzle" have shipped (finally our entire order) BUT OOPS.....no when we received it two weeks ago only the dolly was shipped....of course she has no clue why and once she figures it out she will let me know! Of course I email her every other day....two emails still ignored. Most likely we will not get our complete shipment even though they cashed our check in January......

im still waiting!!! This has to be one of the worst companies on the top ten list!!! They absolutely suck! (For a lack of better words) complete rip off!!!!!!
