Pro Fitness Burien Charged eroneous cancellation fees. Refuse to refund entire amount. Burien Washington

So I got my refund for my gym membership yesterday SHORT $35.00. So reread the contract to make sure there isn't some hidden fee, look at the breakdown of the charges to see if there is a sign up charge or something for that amount and determine that they indeed owe me $35.

So I go down there and ask to speak to someone and end up with the kid who first sold me the membership and whom I cancelled with. He starts telling me that there is a fee for the little plastic member card they gave me. Well guess what.. I don't have that.. you kept trying to put it in my hand and tell me to take it just in case I wanted to come and I said hell no I don't want it and left in on the counter where you laid it in front of me.

So now guy who I assume is owner" shows up.. some Meat Heat buffed up Italian looking guy.. and starts with a tough guy routine.

So then he tries to tell me its because I didn't return to them MY COPY OF THE CONTRACT. I was like.. whoa buddy you are crazy (the contract does read in the cancellation para that I have to return several things to include ORIGINAL COPIES of the contract. Mine is a pink carbon copy.) So then I say.. well regardless.. I was perfectly willing to take a copy and asked you to make them and you all wandered around unsure how to handle what was going on and finally came back with the pink copy and told me to take it. Regardless.. this is MY copy of this contract and Im entitled to a copy. If what it will take to get my $35 is this piece of pink paper then so be it.. but I want to make copies of it first.

Well they continued to argue with me and refused to refund me so here I am and Im not letting it go.
