PRO GAS AND HEATING - Aka Eddie Lowe Rude , disrespectful , unethical , angry , two faced Surrey British Columbia

The beginning of our problem started about 5 months ago when my mother had told the company that she wanted no one to come to clean the furnace while she was renovating because of all the plaster dust in the air. This went alll fine and well right up until april 22nd today , when we were told in a less than professional manner that there was a technician in the area and that he was to clean the furnace as per the warranty . However when Lowe called to set this "appointment" up he did not speak with the home owner (my mom) and spoke to some one he had assumed was the other homeowner , Lowe then proceded to give us the run around by insisting just today that the appointment was indeed approved by the homeowner especially after I tried repeatedly to say that it was not approved by the homeowner, to which he rebutts that it was a warranty issue.

I folded on the issue right up until I called my mother who was still at work , to which I recieved a few angry words over the fact that Lowe was a complete a*s and knew for a fact that we had expressed that no appointment was to take place. Eventually after an extreamly long period of time the technician finally came , to which I calmly explained to him what had happened about how we tried to cancel to numbers we found online, the technician left amicably and said he would explain what happened. Not fifteen minutes later after the technician left, Lowe angrily calls our house and starts demanding to know why the hell I had just sent the technician away, he became ,as I tried to calmly explained to him that there was no one to pay the bill and that we had requested to be able to reschedule the routine cleaning. At this point Lowe became so aggressive and angry in his tone that I was actually reduced to tears and I hung up , Lowe tried to call again and I ignored the phone in no mood to be verbally abused again , and left us a message.

My mother upon getting home finally had a number in which to contact Lowe , that we got from the technician, she called Lowe demanding an apology for my emotional distress. Lowe became just as aggressive to my mother as he was to me , she began to yell at him telling him that she would not pay his assinine cancellation fee. Lowe actually Hung up on my mother after she said that she would take our business elsewhere. After this rather emotionally traumatizing event we decided to report this incidence to the Better Business Bureau and then proceeded to write up this report. I stroungly urge anyone who considers using Pro gas and heating to understand that these people do understand the better business ethics practices.
