I have spoken to someone on more than one occasion regarding the refund for this suit.  More than ample time has been given for a refund of monies owed.  Item confirmed received via phone.  Told check will be mailed "next week."  Suit was decent, but recipient did not want it.  This is not a complaint about the quality of the merchandise received.  It was received in a timely fashion.  I called company because I would be returning it 1 day post 14 day turnaround.  Given permission to return.  Company requested, during my initial contact for return authorization no., that I leave them positive feedback with Amazon, prior to refund processing, and they would refund 100% of suit cost. Leary that this is how they receive a high rating, I did not.  Leaving prior feedback would leave no way for correction in the event that what has occurred happened.  I followed their instructions for return.  Email contact has been published below, edited to delete email info as required by ripoff report.

if you need to return any product(s) purchased from Pro Savings Import Export, Inc please follow the return instructions below:

1. please use the same box or a similar box that your suit was delivered in.

2. Please make sure the suit is packed and folded nicely and will arrive in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

3. Please always ship with a traceable shipping method like UPS ground.

4. You need to include a printout of this letter with the full order number visible and a small note explaining why you are returning the item.

5. You need to write the RMA number: outside of the box (Return authorization number).

6. We must receive the return package within 15 days after the original date of the delivery of your item other the package can be returned or refused from our return department. 7. After we have received the package and the item is in Original, unused condition with all tags attached we will issue your refund in form of a company check or back to amazon less 20% restocking fee and less all shipping fees within 14 business as agreed on amazon return policy.

PS. please leave us a nice feedback and I will forward this to the billing so they will not charge the 20% restocking fee. Please email me after you have left the feedbacks so I can make a note. To leave the feedback on amazon you can go to and leave something like fast shipping and good communication or anything you think would be nice for the billing to waive the restocking fee.
