Pro-Seal ripoff Fraudulent billing Hicksville New York

In May 2006, I ordered the pro-seal product. As of August 3, 2006 I had not received the product and my wife called (while the original phone number was still operating). She was assured that we would receive a full refund in 7-14 business days. As of today, September 28, 2006, we cannot contact this company, get a response to the email address they refer you to on the automated system (the one that keeps you on hold forever then disconnects your call). This shameless scam of a company took $95.80 out of our checking account.


That may not sound like a lot but for a disabled man with no income and with us depending on my wife's income alone, this is a chunk of change, especially when they admittedly charged us twice for the shipping of one item. When she questioned them about the cost taken from our account vs the advertised cost, their explanation was that each item had to be shipped individually. Thank you to the people that had the time to do the research to come up with an address for this ripoff of a company. I intend to pursue it to the bitter end if for nothing else, the satisfaction of making them pay back each and every individual that was taken by them.
