I ordered some DJ lighting equipment that I needed in a month and a half. I ordered my stuff, they took my money within two or three days, then two weeks later nothing so I called them.  Apparently my stuff was back ordered, and it "should" be there by the time I need it. Two more weeks went by and they couldn't ship it because they can't ship to a p.o. box.  They didn't bother to contact me to tell me that though.  So, a couple days later I still didn't have a tracking number so I called them again.  This time there e-mail isn't working right and they will get me the tracking numbers when they can.  Now, my stuff still isn't here and when I call them the automated system says I can only contact them by e-mail now, not by phone. 

By the way, when you call them it is not toll free and it will be at least a half hour wait to talk to someone.  Oh and they charge 21% tax but won't tell you what for, but hey its free shipping!
