Pro Star Pool Supplies, Dennis Miller Dennis Miller is not to be trusted! Ripped me off. Boca Raton Florida

I wish I had done my research before hiring this man and noticed his reputation.  He ripped me off too.  He did a horrible job on resurfacing my pool with Diamond Brite.  For starters, his crew began working on the pool with the WRONG color.  When I complained to one of the workers, he rudely told me to "Chill out lady".  I told him not to continue and to contact Dennis Miller who was on vacation.  (Dennis also told me he would be on the job supervising it).  Dennis told me they would come out with the right color, and finally did 4 days later.  I was tempted to tell them to go home, but was reassured the job would be done correctly and I fell for it like an idiot.  After the job,  I noticed blotches all over the pool, and the surface was dirty and rough.  He told me this was normal, and it would clear up in a couple of weeks, that to just keep running my pool cleaner and everything will be fine.  He said he would come out if I needed anything at all.  The pool never got any better, and I tryed to call Dennis several times but to no avail.  He will not return my calls and is avoiding me.   This job cost me $2,425.00 and Dennis it no where to be found.  I had another contractor look at the pool, and they told me it was done incorrectly that there should be NO blotches at all especially unfinished areas. The contractor was even shocked!  He also said it should be redone.  Dennis also gives out many different phone numbers.  He is NOT to be trusted.  He will take your money and run.  STAY AWAY!!  You've been warned.
