I ordered a Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 rowing machine through Amazon. It arrived 2 weeks past the expected due date due to a back order. I assembled the machine as per the instructions and then tested it. (Using it only once) The product was not what I expected as this was a replacement model to one my wife ordered 8 years ago. The rowing arm had broken off. This one is lighter and lifts when you row. The T-Bar holding the foot pads was shortened so your legs hit the glider rail when rowing. The footpads are thin plastic, not padded and not comfortable. The seat was cheaply made as well. Finally the rowing arms were too loose to use properly, despite trying to tighten them. 

To return this item, I went through 3-4 representatives. Call them on the phone only sends you to voice mail. Took more than a week to get a RMA number to return the item. Once that finally arrived, I returned the item in ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 

 The company is now claiming that the item was used. (Testing reduces an item to being used?????) Then

The rowing machine arrived NOT in its original packaging. (Baton Rouge Packing and Shipping can attest to this)

The rower was damaged from assembly. (L-wrenchs are not the best for tightening screws, but nothing was damaged). Pictures show item could have been damaged by FEDEX/Protherapy receiving department.

The pictures the representative sent do match how I repacked the item. It looks like the rower was taken completely  out first and then repacked by the receiving personnel.
