I worked for this lady for 1 week maybe a little more. She was very proud of my work and said that the customers loved me and my work after every end of the work day. I then one day woke up late and called in and said i was running late. She then became very hostile and started saying she didn't need me anymore and that my work was poor and unacceptable.

I then asked for my payment. I contacted her via email and gave her my hours where she then said her lawyer would contact me for the cutting of my wages. Well I waited that until that day and she didn't respond. I wrote an email and asked what was going on. She said this is really serious now and you have caused a minimum of $2500.00 in damages.

Here's the funny part. I never once signed any documentation stating for drug tests, non-compete agreements, damages, or signed anything referring to employment for her company. She also never gave me any paperwork. The only thing I was given, but not given a copy or access to was an application. On this application it only asked for my name, address, and previous employment.


 It seems like she just doesnt want to pay anyone anything. She is very unprofessional with other employees. I heard nothing but bad comments from employees and customers while working with her. There are also 2 other workers on here that has filed about her just 1 month ago! she must be stopped.
