I am filing a rip off report and turning this over to the family attorney to be reviewed. Your product did not work, we canceled the order in a timely fashion after paying the first bills but your company continued to send product that we sent back and continued billing us and harassing us. This must stop and all money should be refunded immediately. This was canceled in May product sent back and canceled again in June, then more product came it was sent back in July. We have been billed each time and now recieving harassing letters. I have emailed, faxed, called 3 times and mailed in letters. Proactiv, Guthy Renker are still sending statements asking for money. What does it take.
