So, you have long dreamed about either continuing your education or perhaps a career change. You have thought about entering the medical field? Well think twice about getting involved with or giving up your tuition to Procare Institute, owned and operated by Sue Meszaros in Burnaby BC.

Sue Meszaros is nothing short of a lying, manipulative, deceiving, and very conniving liar and thief. If you don't think so, or you don't believe me, you certainly will after you read the hard facts about her which will be listed in here in detail.

You are led to believe on the surface that Procare Institute and its fancy website that you are dealing with a reputable educational centre. However this facility is just a cover for all her other dirty little deeds. It's also the money maker that she needs in order to run her other failing business. The business which destroys lives, rips off employee's, that she steals money from government because she is pocketing money, that she can't pay a single solitary service provider for her restaurant needs, that she ducks and hides from every single creditor known to man, and that fuels her daily need for alcohol from. Oh, and if I have forgotten to name this starring and epic failure restaurant by name, its called The Gryphons Lair, located in Ladysmith BC.

Susan Meszaros divides her time between living in Vancouver when tending to the needs of Procare and that of her failing restaurant in Ladysmith and living in a shanty shack style 1 bedroom apartment above the restaurant, typically about 10 days on, 10 days off. Sharing the daily responsibilities of running this joint with a husband she hasn't lived with in over 10 years is the aging, grumpy, pestering Paul Meszaros. This is a man who also aids Susan in her devious little deceptive ways of cheating and lying to the government by being a constant double dipper into the cash box at the restaurant and playing his role in making bogus submissions to the government where taxes are concerned.

Did I also fail to mention that Sue also has a licence to grow marijuana even though she has no physical issues or disabilities other than fueling her own persona l addictions, and occasionally even enjoys a good puff with her equally addicted son Nick Meszaros.

None the less, lets dig deep into her financial issues and how she rips people off, including the Canadian Governement with the aid and assistance of a few other professionals like her accountant Mr.Robert Holmes of Blackfish Accounting Services, also located in Burnaby BC. Sue Meszaros loves credit, and loves obtaining credit from any supplier that will provide it. Why? because she has absolutely no intentions of ever paying back one single dime that she is billed. Why? Perhaps because she thinks she is running out of time with life, that her card is about to be punched. Perhaps its because she gets a thrill of the cat and mouse game that soon begins when creditors want their money. Perhaps its because she loves seeing how far she can go before getting services cut or interrupted. One thing is for sure, she OWES a lot of money, and this is where Procare Institute comes into play. A play that may end up costing you dearly in the end when her doors are shut for good by the government and the various collectors that begin to place liens on her business.

$123,000.00   Canadian Revenue Services for un-submitted HST (Gryphons Lair Restaurant)
The restaurant has not once submitted the HST revenue they have collected since the day they opened 2.5 years ago. Sue Has pocketed the money.

$39,000.00  Blackpress Media. Sue has failed to pay a single dime of this amount which remains outstanding and is now in collections, and she is barred from advertising with any media outlet which is owned by Blackpress Media. Sue feels as though she is entitled to free advertising because of the amounts she has previously paid for. This advertising was SPECIFICALLY for Procare Institute.

$5,000.00  Canadian Linens. This account is now in full COLLECTIONS for unpaid laundering and uniform services for The Gryphons Lair. Canadian Linens has now pulled out all of their inventory and refuses services until this account is paid in full.

$3,000.00 Alysco Uniforms. Prior to screwing over Canadian Linens, Sue also managed to rack up a bill with this uniform company. They got smarter first and also pulled their service. This account is now in full COLLECTIONS. Account closed.

$1,000.00 BFI Garbage Services. Again, same thing. Unpaid garbage pick up services. Bounced checks. Account suspended.

$3,000.00 Canwest Propane Service. This account is in full COLLECTIONS. Oddly enough, this service is what provides fuel for her kitchen so they can cook food! talk about biting the hand that feeds you....pardon the pun. Account suspended.

$500.00 Glacier Media. Unpaid advertising for Gryphons Lair. This account is in full COLLECTIONS. Account Closed

$500.00+ Coca Cola. Bounced checks for product purchase. Account is in full COLLECTIONS and services suspended.

$8,500.00. Unpaid salary to former chef. Lawsuit pending.

$2,000.00 Martell Refrigeration, Nanimo BC. Yup, you guessed it. Unpaid, bounced checks, and in full COLLECTIONS.

Take 5 Publications, located in Ladysmith BC. Editor Marina, advised not to grant or provide credit of any sort to Sue Meszaros for any advertising for the Gryphons Lair. Further advised of Sue's credit history and refusal to pay invoices.

Furthermore, she is also being investigated for various offenses under the Employment Labor Standards Act of British Columbia. Statements from past and current employees are still being collected for evidence for additional unpaid salaries.

This is a FINAL warning, do not do business with this woman or her school. It's only a matter of time before she is shut down for unpaid taxes, failure to pay bills, collections, current and or future lawsuits. She has no conscious what so ever.

In closing, Sue Meszaros will claim 100% that the writer of this posting is a sociopath, self serving individual. We have heard this before. It's old. Its stale, its boring, and it needs to be revamped.
