Procerin, Aka Procerin.com, Aka Speedwinds Nutrition Inc. Speedwinds lied about their "hassle free" refund policy. I've been waiting since October Internet,

They promptly replied and furnished the address to which I was to mail the unused portion. I emailed them again saying I had used the entirety of the trial. I had to resend this email numerous times before I received a response stating that I was to return the empty bottles to receive a refund. This reply came conveniently after the money back guarantee had expired. I would also like to add that nowhere on the website does it state that the bottles had to be returned in order to obtain a refund, just the words "hassle free." 

I then found the telephone number and called Speedwinds. I was promised a refund within the month. It never came. I called again. I was then told to refurbish the original emails I sent asking for a refund. I did so, called back and was told that I could expect my refund shortly.

It never came. This was in October of last year. I called again. Was promised a refund once again, and so on and so on. 

I filed a complaint with the BBB. The result of this complaint was that I could expect a refund if I furnished the empty bottles. I once again reiterated that I did not have the empty bottles as I did not think this constituted an "unused portion." Was I supposed to eat the bottles? Would this have made the product work? I am still in constant communication with this company who have repeatedly  promised me a refund since October. I think they must like talking to me or they would furnish the refund. DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT; IT DOES NOT WORK. THE REFUND IS NOT "HASSLE FREE." THERE IS NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK THAT DOES NOT COME FROM A SPEEDWINDS SPONSORED SITE. TOTAL SCAM.
