Procom, Inc They screw you around. Lamoni Iowa

Ummmm where do I start? Well I can start by saying I was around three months pregnant when I applied there it didn't seem bad at first. Then time passed and I started noticing things. They played a lot of favoritism. I remember I was late logging in to my computer one day by 3 minutes and I get a letter on my desk saying if I couldn't be on time they would reset my schedule to suit me better and I understand that you have to be on time to your job. But what I didn't understand why other people could come in thirty minutes late on one day then an hour another day and so on. I was only 3 minutes late cause I had to find somewhere to sit and had to get my head sets on and so on.

Another thing that really upset me about this company is that as I mentioned earlier I was pregnant and we had dress code. Well, I followed the dress code tell I got really fat; so I wore a pair of swoosh pants. Yes I understand lots of companies have dress codes, but, what I didn't understand about this is that a young man came in, in a pair of slippers and he didn't get sent home. But the nine month old pregnant lady did; does that sound fair? Just didn't make sense to me.

Then after I had my child when I was still on maternity leave I called Procom and was going to go back cause I would still be making the same amount of money and they had an evening shift so it would work out wonderful for me and my fianc cause we didnt want to leave our child with a baby sitter. So I called Procom and they say oh yes we can work with your schedule we understand and so on. So they set my hours and my boss signs it I am to work mon- fri 5:30 p.m to 9:00 p.m. and have the weekends off so I could spend time with my family. Then like a week later they were like well you have to work every Saturday or you have to work at least 32 hours and one Saturday a month. And this is all because they added management which the new manager is the one who signed my schedule so it's not like the old management signed and that's why everything changed. So the reason why I'm mad about this is cause I was told one thing then another thing happened.

Then they have this box called The Suggestion Box where you put your ideas and complaints in there but you never hear back from them or nothing gets fixed. You actually might get fired because you complain too much. And keep in mind this is a tiny company so they should have no problem getting back to you.

And another thing, is your not aloud to cuss or anything cause some one on your head set may hear you which is understandable. What I dont understand is why do some people get suspended for it while other get laughed at and your team leader say dont say that again huummm a little bit of favortism?

Anyways I dont have much more to say im sure I could think of lots more but I really dont want to complain about them to much they was ok for a while and they paid me so that was what I was there to do.
