We received a shipment of Xerox Toner. The package contained TWO toner cartidges. No one here ordered them. We then received an invoice to our corporate offices for FOUR Xerox toner cartridges. The invoice was sent to our branch office for confirmation due to the large dollar amount. When we stated that no one had ordered this item, we tried calling the number on the invoice.

The first phone call, a lady spoke to our production specialist who questioned the invoice. He was told that she would transfer him to the person in charge of our account. (He got the voicemail of a lady with a British accent. (The same lady as their recording when you call in incidentally)Well, he left a message regarding the invoice and she neve called back.

I then called two days later and reached a recorded message (The British lady) "The customer Service Department". I left a message regarding the invoice and received a call back the next day from the same lady but she said she was with some supply company, not ProCopy.

When I told her of the invoice and the need to ship the product back, she said she would have to transfer me to the person in charge of our account. I stopped her and said that no one is calling us back, we need an answer on this immediately. She stated she would personally pass along the information and we would receive a call back.

I then called two more times and got the same "customer service" recording and left messages and no one has called. We got another invoice in the meantime. (The same one...requesting payment) This one has a cell phone number attached to it, so I called and got a digital voice type recording of a man's voice telling me to leave a message. No calls back.
