In April 2017 I purchased the Oral-B 5000 Bluetooth tooth brush, I downloaded the mobile app for the device and starting using it tracking my progress on me dental hygiene.  On August 8, 2017 they came out with an update for the app, as I went to update my current app I got a message that it was not compatible with my phone (I Phone 5S), on their app it has the requirements and my phone is clearly listed that it is comptable, and I had the app before, after contacting P&G, I filed a complaint with P&G, telling them of the problem, they said they will look into it, after a week I received an email from Karen of P&G, asking me exactly what type of phone I have, the operating service, I told her that I have the Iphone 5S, and it is the 10.3.3 operating system, a couple of days later, I get another email from Apple telling me that I need a 9.0 or higher opertaing system in order to use the new app, after getting that email I in turn emailed P&G again and told them what the email from apple said, I told them eveidently you are not communicating my information that you asked for to the developers of the App.  And now today 8/23/17 @ 10:32 AM I received an email from Karen telling after getting with the technical department there is nothing they can do for me, telling me that maybe I don't know what type of phone I have.  So now here I am after losing all my progress since I downloaded the app in April, I had to uninstall the current app in order to download the new one, Per P&G, and now that I have lost all my progress and can't use my blue tooth capability I am now out $ 100.00.
