Production Media Company - SCAM!! STAY AWAY Beaverton Oregon

I am a small business owner of a Home Inspection business in Central Florida.   Back in November I was contacted by Production Media Company which was selling advertising space in folders that were going to be distributed to local realtor offices.   This sounded like a good opportunity for advertising andI was told that I would be the only Home Inspection company listed in the folder.  The folders were going to production in January 2014 and we were assured we would receive samples.   At the end of January we had not heard or received anything so we called a few times and were put into voicemail.   Messages were left and none of our calls were returned. 

  Called again Mid-February and after some angry words finally got a live person on the phone.   We were told there was a 'delay' in going to production but was assured they would be done and complete by Mid-March.   Called again today (April 3rd, 2014) to follow up - left a few messages throughout the day and still no call back.    About an hour ago, I started calling repeatedly and finally got a live person.   I was told - yes you guessed it - another delay.   I was assured that they went to production but they had no idea when they went to production and couldn't give me any definative delivery date.   Mind you throughout the conversation the rep I spoke with was outright condsending and was actually chuckling at my frustration over the situation.   He could tell me every date that I actually got someone on the phone but couldn't tell me the date the folders went to production??!!!   Come on now!   A refund was requested but was told that was not possible because they are already in production - which I don't believe for one minute!!

After this conversation, I found multiple reports on Ripoff Report pertaining to this company and their practices.   After reading them all, I had to share my experience as well.    I wish I had seen these claims sooner or I wouldn't have been involved in their scam.  

This company is a complete scam!!!   Do not give this company your money!!!
