Productivity Central/Frederick Addo INE Media or Infinite Nightlife Enterprises Lied to Me and Ripped Me OFF!! , Internet

I went to Productivity Central in May 2006.  I spoke with Frederick Addo the owner.  I asked if he could make my website look better and add a few functions to it.  He said he could.  He then stated he could do the job in a month for $3750.00.  We signed a contract and I paid him half up front to start the project.  After almost 4 months he told me they could not complete the job using the present programming language.  @ that point I was about to give up.  He then stated that if they started over from scratch with a new language that they could get the site up in a month for $3600.00. We sat down with his builder and went over everything I wanted in the site.  We signed another contract.  I then had to pay the remaining balance on a site he never completed plus put $500.00 down to start the new project.  Again almost 4 months later Mr. Addo gives me excuses why the site is not up.  My favorite being that he was out of the office.  My thought is if your people can't work while your out of the office then maybe you should stay in the office.  After repeated calls, leaving voice messages, messages with his secretary and emails and no response, I finally emailed him with legal action.  He finally responded and called telling me he would have the site up in 10 days.  Needless to say that did not happen.  I got a lawyer and filed a law suit in November of 2007.  After many delays and 30 days for this and 30 days for that the Judge awarded me $12695.00 in August 2009.  Mr. Addo was supposed to provide information on all his assets.  As usual he did not.  My lawyer then filed for a motion to compel.  This gave him another 30 days to supply the info.  During this time Mr. Addo also filed for personal bankruptcy.  Time passed and he still did not supply the information.  Also his personal bankruptcy was discharged.  My lawyer told me that Productivity Central went out of business.  I did some checking and found out that Mr. Addo closed his business under the name Productivity Central and opened it under INE Media/Infinite Nightlife Enterprises in the same location.  Basically after 2.5 years and $20k in legal fees my lawyer told me I'm screwed.  I even contacted the Attorney Generals Office and they were no help.  Also contacted a Consumer reporter in Jacksonville.  Hopefully I will get a reply from them.  My only other recourse is to make sure people know how much of a crook he is and I can destroy his business like he did mine.  He even destroyed my original site before completing another.  If you feel like calling or emailing and telling him what you think of him I have left his email which I don't know if it works but I know his 1800# works.  Even contact the Attorney General of Florida to let him know that the legal system stinks that would allow a company being sued to close under one name and to open under another.  Thanks for you support!  I'll probably make a Youtube video about this just to get it out to as many people as possible.
