Ordered item and never received shipping confirmation. Money was taken from my CC account immediately upon confirming my order. Attempted contact via email as suggested on web page with no response. Also attempted to contact customer service via phone SEVERAL times with no success either. Left several messages with no call backs.

Contacted my CC company and filed dispute. awaiting results. Top 500 e-retailer my butt!! don't believe the web page

This item is on backorder from manufacturer Versa Electronics until end of January. Customer was notified via email and phone call of status... Customer's order was cancelled and money refunded 3 days after order was placed.
