Professional Clean Carpets & Vents Careful with this company, they do NOT honor their deals! Streetsboro, Ohio

On Tuesday November 6th, 2012, I purchased the deal for $55. On Wednesday November 7th, I received the certificate via email and called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Michelle and explained that I had an office in Lorain that I was moving into and would like the carpet cleaned before the furniture gets moved in. No problem, she scheduled the appointment for Friday the 9th, between 1 and 4. Later that afternoon, Michelle called back and said that the voucher was not good for and office. I explained to her that I had read the deal carefully, including the fine print, and there was nothing excluding commercial or stating that it was residential only. Her response was that was too bad, they would not do commercial. After arguing back and forth for a couple minutes, she hung up the phone on me. Michelle then called me back a couple hours later, trying to explain that the voucher was not for commercial. I again explained that nowhere in the description does it exclude commercial. Furthermore, the space was empty and this would probably be one of
the easiest jobs that they would have. Again, she said they would not honor the voucher. I told her that I had just received and email from Living Social to rate the service and if they choose not to honor the deal, that I would respond
back negatively. Michelle responded by saying that she was the owner and the emails come right to her, so she didn't care. I said fine, then I will make sure to leave a response on Yelp also, so when people Google their name they would find a response that way. Michelle responded to that saying that she knows the people at Google and would called them and say I was slandering them and sue me. Obviously with the conversation going no were, this time I hung up the phone.

30 minutes later I received a call from 414-526-5421 and the person asked for Jeff. I was on my way into an appointment and did not recognize the number, so I said no Jeff isn't here can I take a message. The person said no he would call back. That was on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received a call from a blocked number at 11:09 pm. I did not answer the phone and they left a voicemail for me. It was the same person that I spoke with Wednesday afternoon. Here is a transcript of the voicemail, which I still have recorded.

"Hey Jeff, just wanted to let you know you're a f***** lying piece of s*** mother f***** dude, straight up lying piece of s*** mother f*****. I called yesterday, apparently you answered the phone, it was you, what a lyin little mother f***** you are dude, punk. You're a punk son. A punk. Called you yesterday, well Jeff's not in, really same voice amazing man.
Anyway, you're a lyin little piece of s*** p***k dude. You hear me? Lyin little piece of s*** p***k. Anyway, you have a great evening man. I got your address, you got mine? (laugh) Goodbye." 35 sec in length.

I called back the original number of 414-526-5421 on Tuesday to make sure it was indeed connected to Professional Clean Carpets & Vents. I just received a voicemail stating the phone number, until Thursday. When I called on Thursday there was a voicemail stating that you had reached Professional Clean and they were having phone line difficulties that AT&T would be taking care of. As soon as phones came back on line someone from the office would get back in touch with you. I left a message again. This time I received a call back. The gentleman said his name was John and was returning my
call. I said that I was returning his call from last week, and he said oh yeah you are the one that wanted commercial carpet cleaned.  He said no big deal, they already toke down the poor review and again called me a lyin mother f***** for saying Michelle would take down the complaint.  said his name was John Rupp and he was the owner of the company and continued to call me a piece of s*** and a lyin mother f*****. (I think you get point of our conversations by now.) He said he didn't have time to deal with me a week later. I told him I saved his voicemail, and he said I did leave you that
voicemail, so what I don't have time to deal with you anymore. After a couple more rants, he hung up the phone.
