Professional Fitness Contract fraud comitted by agent of company Raleigh North Carolina

A trainer for this company approached me in Peak Fitness and offered personal training sessions for 24.00 per session. I advised that I am a colege student and leaving in 2 months so that would be a limited amount of time I could participate.He stated that he could do 2 months for 240.00 and that would be the end of the agreement. I signed a contract for 240.00 and paid in full on the spot.

At the end of June, I found out that the contract I signed had been altered (in a different handwriting) and was now a 1 year contract for over 1000.00 with a 250.00 cancellation fee. I contacted the company and the BBB. The company's response was "have the client send me the paperwork and we will handle it." I did and they have not even acknowledged receipt.

It is blatantly clear that their agent committed contract fraud and this is just standard operating procedure for Professional Fitness. They are con artists that endorse fraud and dishonesty in their employees and don't seem to think the rules apply to them.

Stay away from Professional Fitness trainers at all cost!!
