Professional Fitness operates out of Peak Fitness/Beyond Fitness. I bought 36 sessions and worked with a trainer for months. My trainer left?quit?fired? The remaining trainers said they were resetting schedules and would get me a new trainer. They didn't call me. When I asked at the gym they could not find my file. No one would take responsibility to researching and getting back with me. I asked the Peak manager for help but he said it was not his problem. I then went to the main office for help. The phone number I was given was invalid. I then had to do my own research to get a valid number. I called and the voicemail was either full or no return phone call. I sent emails and did not get a response. After paying for my 36 sessions in full they are now billing me for an auto-renewal. Only now do I get a response and when I asked for my paperwork and remaining sessions they wanted my credit card information.

I had the same issues- HIGH trainer turnover. Was double billed for two months- no one could help- the rep at my gym referred me to headquarters who referred me to an offsite billing service who referred me back to my local rep. I had to file a complaint with the NC attorney General's office consumer protection for them to refund my money 6 months later. The attorney general said they have a HORRIBLE record- and their BBB record speaks for itself- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
