Vice President of Business Operations and co-owner Kathleen Larmour believes that her company is only as good as its subcontractors. Because of this belief, she makes sure that her vendors as well as her clients stay happy by maintaining open lines of communication between them and her company. This is one of the most important challenges to maintaining a successful business and it is communicated to her employees on a regular basis. All of our clients receive and deserve white glove service, says Kathleen. Our number 1 goal is to provide 100 % customer satisfaction. We strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction and lead the industry in retail maintenance. Our clients have participated in helping us do just that. Their vendors play a major part in their business and they are one of their biggest strong holds. We understand how important it is to support our subcontractors and stand behind their work as well as standing behind our customers needs and requirements. 90 percent of our clients have been with PRS since we started the business and participate in helping us strengthen weak points, giving us more room to correct any errors in our procedures and structure. This type of communication has greatly helped with the growth of our company. We will always keep the lines of communication open between PRS and its clients.

===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
Professional Retail Services, Inc PRS - Professional Retail Services, Inc They want you to finance their operation. They are late with all their payments, if they pay at all. Medford , New York
PRS wants their vendors to carry big insurance policies and pay for all the materials and payroll for companies to do their maintenance jobs and then they don't want to pay in the amount of time they promised you.
When you call them they always have excuses like they have a new accountant so no checks are being cut for a few weeks. This is after they are already weeks past their 45 days that they promised.
They want you to do the jobs for much lower prices than you would normally do them and they want them done quickly but there is nothing quick about them paying you.
Unless you want to finance their operation with your money, don't do any work for them. They are a ripoff. I would suggest the companies that aren't getting paid contact the corporate offices for the stores they did the work at and let them know that PRS is not paying thier vendors and see if they can help you get your money.
Maybe the stores will pull their business from PRS if enough people complain.
