Proficio Mortgage... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them at all costs. They are an absolute joke and could not sell crack to an addict. They take advantage of you and try to get by on you with everything that they can. The manager is an idiot and talks down to all clients. They add tens of thousands to your principal balance and say it is STANDARD. The loan officers are as smart as a box of rocks and the regional manager talks down to everyone and sells you on the dream of the Mortgage boom of 7 years ago. If you want to get a screwed up mortgage, talk to people who have no clue about finance and go no where with your job or career..Proficio Mortgage is for you. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH PROFICIO. Go to your local bank its not to late.
