Please help the fraud free legal system of united states

My story is a typical commercial broker's con p***k.

Julio Maldonado, president and Sam Maldonado, Vice president did steal $ 100,000 deposit without a reason. All i heard is that we decide not giving you deposit which is Ernest deposit. I have filed a lawsuit for one year, they never showed at court. we locked their bank account by Ny city district court order. The left balance is around $ 375. They already took $ 100,000 from Ernest deposit account.

I contact NYPD but they say they can not help me. I contact FBI but they say they are so busy to investigate for private matter.

I read your blog about Sam Maldonado. I am working with this firm now and am about to make an offer. I felt very unconformable about Sam in two phone conversations with him. The mis-represented the numbers but when I questioned him, he sounded like that I was an idot knowing nothing about accouting. When I pressed him to the point, he tried to come up with all kinds of stories and never admited that he was wrong. I told my wife about this feeling which made her a little anxious, because I rarely complaint about anyone. She did Internet search and found your blog. FBI and local police even NY times noted my story and emailed me that they understand my pain but they were busy to help me and recommended me finding a good lawyer.
