PROGENT Scams your time, steals your money, beyond fradulent !!!! San Jose California

I hired this company to help me work out the kinks in a VPN Site to Site network that I already had constructed and 95% done.  The tech called me back 4 hours later when it was supposed to be INSTANT support.  The techs from this company are supposed to be EXPERTS in their field so I thought tis would be a 15-20 minute phone call at best.  Night one the tech had me on the phone for over 4 hours working at a snails pace until after midnight.  This entire time he deleted everything I constructed and tried to reconstruct it his was.  He told me he had to get off the phone because it was too late and he left my network VPN in worse condition and less configured than I had already setup.  He then said he would call me back first thing in the morning but he didn't.  I was supposed to have this network up and live before start of business day for my client.  I had to call the tech around 10:00 to track him down because my client was losing money at that point.  

He then continued to work on fixing his errors and attempt to get what I already had configured back to where it was and then make progress over 14 hours later.  He had me on the phone for an additional 1.75 hours before he fixed the issue.  Mind you he was working at a snails pace this entire time, using the GUI interface which an EXPERT would not use.  All of a sudden, he must have had something else to do or another phone call to go on and he switches his speed ti lightening fast expert computer tech, blazing 1000 keystrokes per second in a LINUX interface which he should have been using since the beginning and resolved and fixed the issue within minutes.  The rate of speed and method of repair that this tech used in the final 10 minutes of fixing my issue is what he should have done at the start of my phone call.  This was a total SCAM and I was charged almost $400 and over 3 hours of his time to fix my 10-15 minute issue.  

The techs name is Premanand Gupta and what he did is fraudulent and a scam.  I spoke with the company regarding this claim and on the first call the customer support person pretended to listen to me and care what I was saying but really didn't.  He said he would talk with the tech and get to the bottom of this and come up with a resolution.  On phone call number two, he acted as if he was a lawyer, dismissed everything I told him, and started getting into the legal side of his tech and defending his tech even though I knew he didn't take the time to discuss it with his.  He was part of the SCAM as well.  His name was Daren and he is the master scammer behind this company.  He is a liar and a thief and by the method of how he handled my conversation, he proved to me that I was one of humdreds that had a complaint that he did nothing for and didn't care about.  This company needs to be shut down and investigated for their illegal and fraudulent practices.
