Progress Residential in Memphis Renters Beware Memphis, TN and Desoto County

 Please do not rent from this company if you want to save yourself some headaches and stress. If you pay your rent on time, they are too lazy to post it on time and will charge you a late fee. It's very hard to get a reversal on it because they will not answer the phone and when they do, the girl at the front desk is clueless and she will send you to someone's voicemail whose not going to call you back. I've been renting from them going on 3 years and they are the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. If you need to be late on the rent they are not willing to work with you. I was late once and was told I could pay the late fee on a certain date and I paid on that date, they still filed eviction on me and I had to go to court and I wasn't behind on anything but I had over $400 in court cost and had to pay it by a certain date. These people are ridiculous. The rent also goes up every year but the property or the location doesn't change. They are a rip-off.
