progressive insurance company progressive specialty insurance co wife was sitting at red light struck from behind june 17 2012car needs repaired they wont fix it bunch of liars cleveland, Ohio

progressive billed me 4 over 700.00 dollars 4 grand kids .one who has never drove a car and another  one who was already a progressive customer.i told them about it and they said they would reduce it 2 254.00  dollars which i refused . but when i traded vehicles and had a refund coming they kept it all but 7.00 dollars. i complained 2 my agent she said she would look into it but never did anything. stealing is stealing progressive is good at it.are all businesses crooks from ceo 2 the agents.

if you have other ppl in your house that dont even drive or have a driver license progressive will   bill u 4 that person. they billed me 4 grandson who has never driven a car or had license. these ppl are nothing but thieves. therefore the owner of the company peter lewis must be a thief to. they stole 254.00 dollars from me when i had a refund coming to me for a grandson that has never drove a car. thieves is all they are .if i stole 254.00 dollars from someone i,d be arrested  for grand theft. progressive steals more than that every day should,nt the attorney general do something about these thieves. who does the hard working taxpayers go to when these thieves steal from them. if the customer would go into progressive office and take money without their permission they would be arrested. why can they steal from you and its alright its time 2 do something about these thieves.

after 2mos rude  adjusters and company reps progressive decided 2 cancel my policy i asked why and the lady on the phone said come 2 the office and she would look it up 4 me.she called me 2 tell me i was being cancelled but had 2 look it up 2 see what 4  sorriest s****.

The report and header are both Incoherent

The report and header seem to be completely disconnected and other than they are sort of written in english seem to be about deferent issues and deferent incidents.

It would be kind of nice to have the report translated from cell phone shorthand to english and a few more details so I can figure out what the issues really are..
