Progressive Pest Control Lied to Customer About Fines and Threatened Lawsuit Against Detractors Las Vegas Nevada

One of my friends had pigeons nesting on her roof. I had gone up there and put chicken wire around where they were at and unintentionally trapped one of the pigeons inside her attic.

He drove by and saw one of the pigeons trapped behind the wire, then came up and knocked on her door. He threatened her with the thousand dollar fine for trapping pigeons unless she gave him $100 to go free the pigeons. He also stated that the chicken wire was put up their wrong and that the wrong materials were used. At the end of everything he also said it would be another $400 to get the pigeon out.  Now this is all hearsay. Some of the details will not be 100%, but what I know is that I use the right materials and did the gob correctly.  For him to come and threaten one of my clients with a fine is a horrible business practice. I will be complaining on his license number, as well.  I hope none of you choose this guy work on your house.
