Progressive Tax Group Grace Chang took are case in 2008' with little or no communication, took our money and always wanting more, Never responded with any updates, never resolved or did anything on our case and still to this day MArch Calabasas, California

We chose Progressive Tax Group because they promised us quick action and a minimal Liability to the IRS. We found them from a radio advertisement. They took our case in May of 2008 and our case is still ongoing and unresolved. They originally placed a power of attorney and stopped all activity for about 6 to 8 months. We received no communication in that time. We would call for updates with no response. We assumed they were negotiating so we thought everything was fine. We started receiving intent to levy notices which made us concerned so we tried to contact our lawyer and found out that our case had been switched to another lawyer. In November of 09' we were finally contacted by Progressive Tax group and told that our case was coming to an end and that we were going to be very happy and our Liability was something that we would be able to pay off in about a year. But, that the IRS would give us plenty of time to pay it off. But, they (Progressive tax group) needed to collect more money from us. We have given Progressive Tax Group to this date about $11,000.00. We were unpleased   at the results and told them we could not live with the final result and that we needed them to fight for us to get our payment to something we could afford. They have not counter offered the IRS anything else since and we have had monies levied out of our Bank accounts and they did nothing to stop it or reverse it. Our Companies we work for are receiving levy notices and are holding monies owed to us and affecting our lively hood.  We have tried calling Progressive Tax Group to try and get them to stop the levies and we get no response. When we try calling and actually get through we are unable to talk to our lawyer, they refuse to talk to us unless we pay them more money. Now our most recent lawyer again has been changed to a new one. We have not received any communication and we fax and call them  continuously.
