My name is Daniel Wayne Osborne (25), husband, father, founder of ProHoopla LLC - Web Design and Internet Marketing Consultants. I struggle writing a response to this and the other article(s) (things I have not even read all the way through before writing this response) because the accusations within are so wildly hilarious that I see little purpose in responding beyond the unfortunate truth that if one does not know me personally, one might just think a thing or two might be true.

I once offered the position of COO [(chief operations officer) which really just means he became the only other employee at the time besides myself] to a struggling father of two working/living in a motel in late 2012 through mid April 2013. This man (23) claimed, with great ability to appear convincing, that he was a published and successful author (may be true) and had even more experience in social media marketing than I. I gave him a chance to operate my Gillette, WY and Campbell County, WY branch with unsupervised freedom to do the job I had been convinced he could and would do... while my lovely wife and I made efforts to expand to larger cities.

I am deliberately withholding this man's name and contact information because it is not in my position or my character to slander someone name to the point of them being unable to work; despit what I believe he may deserve. I will however say that the list of behaviors he has taken part in are disgusting to even the most immoral of people and many quite punishable by law. I believe the Lord says in Romans 12:19 that He will be taking care of people like this man.

Somewhere along the line it became apparent that the motives behind this man's actions  were very self-serving and destructive; to the tune of creating fake profiles, or posting anonymously, and from them posting the sort of ridiculous rumors seen in the articles I've stumbled across here on RipOffReport.com.

The list of supporters goes on and on and I thank you all; I'm sorry I cannot list all of you and give everyone the credit that they deserve...my wife is letting me know I have been typing a lot longer than I said I would for this silly article; and if there's one thing I've learned from this experience, it is to listen to my wife's blessing of discernment. She has the ability to see the difference between a good person with an evil side (most of us), and an evil person with a good side (the other guy). I do not have this gift, and that is why I gave an undeserved chance to and undeserving person - all I saw in the beginning was a struggling father that needed a leg up, I was wrong, I was manipulated, taken advantage of, and embarrassed as a result. When you find wisdom in other people, listen.
