On Sept 14, 2008 I ordered a lamp for my living room tv with UPS 2nd day air shipping. I received confirmation of my order from their website with this information I expected to receive my lamp no later than 17th or 18th of Sept, I needed it for a party I was hosting on Sept 20th. The lamp never arrived so I called their phone number 1-800-296-8420 and requested a refund becuase they had not shipped my lamp in time and didn't communicate to me that it would be delayed in being shipped either. They said no problem and said they would process the refund and gave me a confirmation number of: CRF17877. I received an email confirmation on Monday, Sept 22nd confirming my refund in the amount of $214.95. It does say at the bottom of the email that it should be processed no later than 30 days. Well it is Dec 8 and way past 30 days and I have never received the check in the amount of $214.95. I have tried to call several times but I can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. I emailed them and they have not respond. I told them if I didn't hear from them by Dec 5th that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. I would like to see this issue resolved by refunding the credit card I used in the amount of $214.95. I have also contacted my bank in the hopes of reversing the charges however they said most likely this would be denied because it has been over 60 days from the inital charge. Here is their current website: http://www.projectorlampcenter.com/ and it looks like the refund was going to come from SageRyder, Inc. located at 4060 Peachtree Rd, Suite D-334, Atlanta, GA 30319. I did find another number listed on my bank statment 678-990-4360, I just called them and finally spoke to Elizabeth in Accounts Receivable. She said they have not printed my check but she would send my information to the department that cuts the checks and have them print and mail my check. I don't trust them so I'm continuing to file my complaint.
