On 6/30 our company ordered a projector lamp. Our credit card was charged immediately. A month later we have not received the product. I tried calling 2 weeks after I ordered to obtain a tracking #. The Customer Service number puts you on hold and then it goes to voice mail after you have been holding a few minutes. I did get through on the sales #. I was told that the lamp was going to be delivered later that week from Mexico and they would turn it around just as soon as it came in. I questioned them as to why they charged our credit card if the product was not in stock and that most companies do not charge until they ship. I was told, it was necessary so they had the money to order the product from Mexico. I gave it another week, called them again and was given the same story. Again, I couldn't get through on the Customer Service #, only on the sales #. I told them I had the same story the week prior and they advised me that our account had been red flagged so that just as soon as the product comes in, it will be shipped out. Now it's a month after being ordered and I have no product. My account still says "processing" with no tracking #. I tried calling again and this time all that happened is it went immediately to email. I tried calling the phone # that was listed on my credit card bill under the charge and all I got was a voice mail for a person - can't remember their name. 678-658-8052 in Georgia. Tried calling again and all it is doing is ringing. When I left messages in their voice main on the customer service #, I received no phone call back. When I sent an email, I received no response.

I am now involving the credit card company in disputing the charges. Sounds like my only recourse of action at this time.
