Projectordudes.com I order a porjector. Never got it. After 5 weeks was told they hadn't ordered it and was promised a refund. After 9 moths and a dozen emails I'm still waiting for refund. 1142 W. 15th Street, North Vancouver British Columbia

After ordering a projector which I never got after 5 weeks I inquired. I was told the credit card co. would issue me a refund for a bad purchase. 5 weeks was too late for the card co to do anything. I contacted them. After several emails back and forth they agreed to refund. I never received it. They wanted me to give them a pay-pal account to use, I did. Now they say they can't use that because of international currency issues. I orderd the projector in Jan. and it is now Sept 19 and I still have not gotten my refund. It is clear to me that they depend on the graces of the card co's to issue refunds since they obviously do not. They told me on the phone they depended on the card co. for the refund of bad purchases. I want my money of $518.00 back. I ordered a p;rojector in good faith assuming they would deliver, they have not, nor will they refund my money.
