Overview: ordered lamp (in stock) 7/1/08 , no shipment, informed as to national backorder. waited patiently 60 days, found lamp easily online @ reputable dealer and cancelled order 8/29/08, was informed that my cc payment could only be refunded by check within 30 days. It is 11/19/08, no refund, no reply. TRUTH - projector lamp center, AKA sageryder.com , AKA bigscreencenter.com, AKA mountcenter.com, is a small office in Atlanta that scams as many customers as possible. The Better Business Bureau listed 224 complaints in last 36 mos. Georgia corporations search listed following information: SAGERYDER INC. one employee , registered agent- Michael Shuster : CEO/CFO/SEC. - Stephen Gross. This scam is geared to wear down the consumer seeking their refund. I would wager they are successful at least 35% of the time. I have also obtained home phone #'s and addresses of the company principals and will list if allowed once I confirm accuracy.
