I will not go into detail about what happen to me because all i'll be doing is echoing what everybody else is doing on this awesome website. I'm out $459.55 because I didn't check them out on Rip off Report.com. My order was placed on 20 Jan 09 and here it is 18 Mar 09 still no bulb and still no refund after i cancelled the order on 16 Feb 09. Yep the 30 days is up and here is how my conversation on-line went this morning:

"Hello! In just a moment you will be routed to a live operator who can assist you if you have any questions"
You are now chatting with 'sales 2'
sales 2: good morning
Me : Order#: 365332 good morning i cancelled this order and i have yet to see my refund. it has been at least 30 days can you help me?
sales 2: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our company has been going through a change in ownership and currently has interim management in place. We recommend contacting your Credit Card Company and/or bank to reverse the charge and retrieve your funds.
Me : Are you saying that i may never see my money?
sales 2: i am not saying that but it is a possibility"

I contacted my CC company this morning and they are issuing a charge back to my account and going after the bank that Projector Lamp Center uses. not that i'll see my money but at least they are pursuing this Internet Fraud at there level instead of mine.

Please read what we are all saying about this company. You will loose your money if you order from this company that commits fraud daily.
On another note I reorder the bulb i needed through Bulbs To Go in Philly and I had my bulb within 8 days. And this company talks to you and returns phone calls. they are also getting lots of business from the fraudulent company here that were all voicing concerns about.
