Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

They provided our office with a new machine.  2 months later I received statements showing no transactions. They forgot to close old account. Five months later I noticed delays in funds transfers.  The young girl, Brittany Porter, had to research it.  Found out they misprogrammed the machine FIVE months earlier and the funding department was fixing it as they went along instead of fixing it the right way.  They did call and leave a message, 3 months into the mess, for my office manager but when she called back the person "Nick" he said " I dont know why they called you." After 2 weeks of dealing with Brittany the Director of Operations with the community college associates degree I asked to speak with someone competent.

Chapter Two: Melissa

That brought me to their shmooze person Melissa Karahalios who likes to say things and produce nothing.  I explained it all and she promised she was the person who fixes problems and answers to the CEO Chris Peter.  She stated she had never seen anything like this in 25 years of finance work and she would have a full account reveiw done to make sure all transaction were complete.  3 days later tha patients start ringing the phone saying they were erroneously charged. Having no idea why I called miss no nothing Melissa K. (I call her that because she has NO access to any data so she can not give you any answers till she checks with the people who know). Turns out Prolific had found 50 or more charges going back 5 months that had not been completed and so they re-authorized them for todays date without giving me time to notify the patients.  She assured me they were valed charges and I in turn assured the patients.  Imagine my embarrassment when the patient start emailing and showing up with documentation that they were being double charged.  I called Mellissa and once again she would check into it and get back to me right away.  6 hours later I had to call her.  Turns out they were WRONG AGAIN. I had them refund ALL the money until we found out which ones were valed.

Chapter Three

No call backs, Messages for Chris Peters unanswered, have no idea if I've lost money, no offer of restitution, no letter of apology, no nothing.

THink twice before you trust these morons.

The issue was resolved and Prolific does sincerely apologize for the error and we have looked to rectify it as much as we could on our end. We do not appreciate the unprofessional and derogatory comments in regards to our staff that did look to assist you in a professional manner.

Upon review of Dr. Ranzette’s complaint, there are several errors:  

1) Dr. Ranzette’s office was called on May 2nd and advised they needed to have the terminal downloaded.  Dr. Ranzette was with a patient.  His assistant Jen took a message.  Dr. Ranzette’s office was called again on May 21st.  It was explained to her that the terminal needed to be downloaded and that it would take about 20
minutes.  She was asked whether she had time to do it then.  She stated that she didn’t and she would call us back.  She didn’t call in until June 20th because of a settlement failure on the terminal.  

2) The merchant receives monthly statements, which can and should be used to reconcile. Per the terms of their agreement they are to notify Prolific within 30 days of any errors. At no point did his office contact Prolific to advise us there was a funding issue.  

3) A letter was sent to Dr. Ranzette with regard to the issue, which explained what happened and apologized for any inconvenience to his practice and patients. This was a very uncommon issue that had occured. 

4) The only refund due Dr. Ranzette is for the fees related to the batch processed on July 29th. 

5) Dr. Ranzette’s request to have the CEO of Prolific call him related to a funding issue is unreasonable.  Given the number of clients Prolific services and the size of the organization it is unrealistic and inappropriate to expect that Mr. Peter would be involved in an issue such as this.

Merchant cancelled services and Prolific waived any cancellation fee due to the issue. Prolific is built on integrity and servicing our clients well.

Didn't have time to finish earlier report but in closing I would say the amount of incompetense, lies and just bad business pratices displayed by these people makes me wonder how they are even in business.  The CEO Chris Peters must be a real piece of work as well as a coward.  He puts these ladies in the line of fire and won't even man up and speak with a customer who has had his account so messed up he's lost business over it. 

I have notified the BBB and plan on making sure everyone knows about these leeches.
