This company is not legitimate. Their low prices (which they make up for later in their scams) are an incentive for most people, but please do thorough research before signing on with them.
Prolific Business Solutions is a scam. They will:
1) Lie to you to get you to sign a contract.
2) Steal money from you by charging you tons of "fees".
3) Debit these "fees" straight from your account.
4) Deny that they did anything wrong.
You will waste your time and money with these people. Be very careful. They are unethical and untrustworthy.

Here at Prolific Business Solutions we take customers complaints very seriously and try to handle them in a timely manner. We do everything in our power to make sure that our customers understand the agreements that they sign. Our statements are more detailed than most in the industry and even explain how to do the math to verify their fees.
We have a long list of very satisfied customers that are happy to provide a reference to any unsure business owners. This complaint doesnt seem to be addressing a specific issue and looks to have been posted by an upset competitor. We are able to offer better pricing because we are able to offer a full range of business solutions to merchants. This is something that many of our competitors arent able to offer and we have received frustrated feedback from them in the past.
