PROLINE CARD ripoff Miami - Doral Florida

This company had an commercial on the local Los Angeles, Ca spanish television chanel advertising a credit card "Latin Card" that is suposse to help people to establish credit with this credit card that you can use any where you go with a $2,000.00 credit limit. WOW! the commercial sound so unbelibable that you would just have to watch it.

My mother was very amazed at this commercial she mailed out $300.00 money order. expecting to receive a Latin Credit Card and not a Proline Catalog Card which did even have her name inprinted on the card.

When she received her gold card. It was actually a PROLINE card wich is no credit card and that was never, ever mentioned on the order, Proline Card is only a card that she could use to buy items from Proline Catalog that are ridiculously overpriced.

When my mother called them to ask them what had happened to the "Latin" credit card they told her that she first had to purchase something from their catalog or online and in 30 days from the purchase she would receive a credit card wich she will be able to use anywhere. cIf she cancelled her membership, There is a list of cancellation fees that actually add up to her initial 300.00 which means she pretty much already lost her $300.00.

It's sad that these people do this advertisement to help "Latinos" establish credit. but infact they are just ripping of there own people. and it is also a shame that the local spanish stations give this people permission to do thiese type of frauds.
