I was contacted by Mark Bryant by telephone in the first week of July 2011. The program he was
marketing was called Prompt Advertising Solutions. The total cost to become involved was $5750. When I
told Mark I could not afford this, (I am a disabled veteran on a small fixed income)Mark told me that his
people had the inside track with several credit card companies and he could guarantee me the issuance of
a Capital One credit card with a credit of $25,000. He said to start this procedure rolling he would need the
numbers of the credit cards I would use to enter his $5750 program, so he could verify that I had that
amount of money available to me. The agreement was these cards would not be used until the Capital
One $25,000 credit card was issued. Mark Bryant said I could then transfer all of the balances to the
Capital One card and have only one payment that would be considerably cheaper because the interest rate
was only .0000% I said if the $25000 Capital One card was issued to me, then I would join his program.
The next thing I see is five maxed out credit card statements beginning July 12, 2011. This is not what we
agreed on. I called Prompt Advertising several times and spoke to a lady named Tonya and each time was
told she would relay a message to Mark Bryant to call me (he did not return my calls) On friday August 11,
2011 I was called by a male identifying himself as Jim with Prompt Advertising. Jim said he must inform
me the the $25000 Capital One credit card had been denied. I called Prompt Advertising many times after
that, and finally I did reach Mark Bryant last week. When I told him I would be filing many fraud complaints
he told me that if he could not get a $25,000 credit card issued to me by one of several other companies
they have the inside track with, he promised he would call me friday August 19, 2011 to arrange payment
of my $5750 back to me. He did not call me and I have received no return of any of my money.
