WORST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM.

Ordered a laptop AC charger on May 22 and was attratced by their "same day shipping" for free.

Checked on May 27 for a tracking number. Was told the item is on backorder and check back in 2 days.

Called June 2 and was told item was shipped May 30. Asked for a tracking number and told it would be emailed to me (not).

Called June 5 and was told "customer service" was down. Try after 5pm (they close at 5pm).

Called June 6 and customer service still down. Request to talk to management goes to voicemail.

Filed a complaint with BBB and put the transaction in dispute on my credit card.
