Property Damage Appraisers Incompetent, lazy, & a liar. Minneapolis Minnesota

Do not use Property Damage Appraisers for you insurance adjustments. After the a storm in the fall of 2005 our insurance agent called a Dan Zemke of Property Damage Appraisers who was going to take over two weeks to look at the damage to our home. He then said if it is windy or wet he will not look at the roof. When he finally set a time he would show up we called him for the adjustment and he gave us a ridiculous low figure for replacing the siding. My wife asked him if he checked the roof and he said yes. She then asked him what car he drove, a small car, and how did he get a ladder in his car to check the roof?long silence. We demanded he come back and do it right. This took another two weeks and another incredibly low figure that our contractor and agent agreed were way off. Our agent removed him from our case and directly paid the contractor and notified PDA their contract will be terminated.
