property room.com sent me my items with confirm delivery/ yet i don't have mt item and they said they used fedex and than the post office / not/ possible Internet

at the end of august into sep of 2011 i purchased a 10kt rubbie yellow gold ring; i won it @ this auction site i paid for it and never recieved it; i contacted paypal and made a claim; using   paypal history of my transactions with the date and Id # as well; they did their so called investigation and sided with property room.com property room.com gave them a tracking number without a confirmation of delivery to verify who signed it/ no proof of signature/ nothing to validate that i recieved anything but Im out my money of $39.00 and change/ I made a copy of the tracking info/ property room.com says they went thru fed ex and than when fed ex got to north port florida that they handed it off to the united states post office/ Fed ex doesn't do that/ fed ex is a private mail carrier a  competiter to the united states post office.  heres a copy of the lie. Fed ex always has a person sign for a item. but theres no signature on file. all i know that i dont have my item or my money and im very unhappy and pissed off'
