Proseal, ProSeal, Stormback ripoff Ordered ther Proseal products and never got them Wasn't refunded the money either Internet

I ordered the Proseal products in March of 2006. After 2 months of waiting and not getting the products, I called them. I told them I didn't get the products, they said to wait another 2 weeks. Still didn't get them. Called again and asked for a refund. They said the refund would show up on my next credit card statement. My credit card still has not been credited for this product.

I called the phone number again and got a recording with a new phone number to call 1-800-716-8667. I called that number and after 10 minutes of waiting I got disconnected. This has happened 4 times now. I still don't have the product and I have not been refunded the money.

I also tried sending an email to the address they gave on the phone and it came back as undeliverable. I have searched the web for this company and have not been able to find any information on them. I have noticed that there are a lot of web sites still offering this product.

Something needs to be done about this and all the web sites offering this product need to be shut down. I am going to call my states Attorney Generals office and try to get ahold of the United States Attorney Generals office about this. Might even call the FCC since this company advertised on TV and the internet.
