Bought a golf shaft from this store. Not only did it take 2 months to receive it, it arrived broken.
Nothing was wrong with the packaging but how can a product fit in a box that is longer than it unless it was sent broken.
They have told me that they will make a claim to USPS and send me a new shaft, but no reply or emails from them for over a month..
