Prospect Mortgage Stay away from dealing with Brian Minkow and Prospect Mortgage Sherman Oaks California

Attempting to get a loan from Prospect mortgage was nothing short of horrible experience.  John wade will tell you whatever you want to hear when applying for the loan.  But once your application is filed don’t expect a call back or to be status.  Not even when you leave messages. While the company brags about their customer service, communication is non-existent.  Brian Minkow, John’s supervisor is even worst, never return calls or email and when you finally gets hold of him he does you a favor by honoring you and takin the time to speak with little you. Yes, it seems like we owe him the pleasure of talking with us.

We applied for a loan in January.   Our loan to value is below 50%, our income and cash reserve were excellent and certainly way more than enough to qualify.  Brian admitted that it should have been approved long before we spoke yet couldn’t explain it and the file was finally approved in May.  We ended up cancelling the loan and getting is done elsewhere.  Don’t fall into these guys hands.  They don’t deserve your business.
