If this is how you run your own business, and bring this type of attitude to any company you walk into, I wouldn't even hire you at all. We are not investing time in individuals that do not respect out policies and ways if operations. It is more possible that you had set your mind negativly towards us ahead of time, and imported foods/ clothers/ home goods  doesn't bother you, but hard working  honest people seems like an issue to you.!!!

  When I walked into pro sport, the very first thing the owner did was sit me at a table and show me how to cheat and lie on a log, along with that f****** weasel romanian piece of s*** I was driving for. once on the road the other owner wanted me to drive 1100 miles in one shot BEYOND ILLEGAL, You can rebuttal all you want to, it doesn't change the fact that this company tries to get it's drivers to run Illegal logs. EAT A D*** LOOSER !!!!

I am the Safety Manager of this company, and those claims are untrue. When it comes to hiring new people, or retrain others I have developed excellent training program, including videos, examples + many other helping tools. We have dropped safety score significantly, and reduced inspection reports 3X less than the previous year. I train / retrain drivers in 5 different areas such as Vehicle Maintenance, Log Books, Cargo Securement, Speed & Space Management, and Mechanical Issues while on the road.

In addition to that, there are 3 parts of "Questions that drivers feel unsure how to handle", I go over Policies such as: Distracted Driver, Seat Belt, and HOS, so as Testing and lastly Map of all Weight Stations in U.S. for better understanding, and importance of it. Whoever had created this report, should rather revisit us, and then go complain of how we handle our Safety Department.

In addition to that, FYI, this company is the only one out of Elk Grove village, and the surroundings that I brought to be part of CVSA, (Driver-Traffic Enforcement Committee). We have very professional 2 other safety girls that work extremely hard to accomplish 100% compliance in all aspects. We work as a TEAM and are very dedicated in our performance, and I highly disagree with those statements, since the Policies, and Dynamics of this company had changed for good.
