PROSTAPRIN
Prostaprin is a prostate health supplement marketed on line as the BEST. It claims to have been manufactured from all natural ingredients. It has some GREAT reviews on their website (prostaprin.com) obviously written by the manufacturers or their affiliates. I bought this product online after reading about what a great product it.
I found the Vitamin E content too high for a prostate health product. I have been trying for 6 months to make contact someone, but can't find a person or company to respond. The 'contact us' link on the website is bogus. It doesn't lead anywhere; One time I was able send a message but never got a response back
The product has some health benefits; but as prostate health product, it simply does not work as described on their website, and you can't get anyone to answer any questions; both the manufacturers and marketting people are totally anonymous, and unreacheable.
My question is: if the product is soooooooo good as they claim, why are they hiding?

Because person to person contact costs companies money. Example: you call a 800 number and reach a live person. You whine and cry to the person on the other side of the line. That person buys your SOB story and gives you a refund. This will have cost that company the original costs of the product plus shipping and handleing. Now you have your money back and they have a product they CANNOT sell again. The consumer has used and abused the customer service path to the point that companies no longer wish to talk. You cant bully or b******t through email contact. There is no emotional reference. Its words on a screen.
This is why you cant contact DIRECTLY a live person. Companies no longer wish to deal with the consumer doing everything in their power to get something for nothing. Because in the end SOMEONE always has to pay.
