the customer service was great before I signed the contract. once the contract signed, no support whatsoever. many issues with the alarm, alarm permit, and good luck making them give you a call back.... I simply gave up

Brinks Home Security Protect America security my account bought by Brinks. I went to other security because of Brinks climbing monthly prices and poor/slow customer support and service. I'm continuing to get monthly bills $60+ . Told I was under contract until November 2022. Dallas Texas

PROTECT AMERICA March 7,2020 Do not get involved with this company very poor customer service, put on hold then hung up on, plus equipment is very cheaply made. Protect America I have been tring to cancel my service for six months with this company. They make you go through a lot of crap and still continue to bill you. I was send a document to sign on the Internet to cancel this time but they won't show you the document until you pay the bill. Well I'm currently disputing the bill due to the fact I have not lived in the house with the alarm for six months. They trick you and lie to you just to keep billing you every month. Tx. Austin texas.
