 Tshiala Joseph Massela is a career con artist, scammer, liar and a thief. He has other multiple scam complaints filed against him from the various former customers he has burned in the past, even on here ripoff report. He works with a cetain amount of brokers throughout the nation, mainly his side man Quinton Hall who he helps posts a bunch of fraudulent ads online on websites such as craigslist.org, backpage.com and other sites as well too. This guy and his affiliates have been duping and conning people out of their hard earned money for years and are known to law enforcement in his home state of Indiana and throughout the country. I've invested $1800 in a bond program Tshiala Massela and Quinton Hall have been operating for about almost a year now since the fall season of 2016 and have not seen any results obtained from my investment yet to date. The bonds they have been selling are fake and fraudulent and cannot be redeemed anywhere in the market by any bank or financial institution. I have been calling and asking them for weeks to give me back my money but they have refused by not answering the phone and ignoring my phone calls repeatedly.
